All seating audition submissions are due December 12, 2025 at 5:00pm in nominate.ilmea.org.
PLEASE NOTE: Every wind, percussion and strings player will need their director to submit a YouTube link for the seating audition. For junior/senior winds, junior/senior percussion and junior strings, students may re-use their district audition but the link will need to be resubmitted.

*Please find the All-State housing code in the Director Instructions & Information linked below on this page. If you are not a director of All-State students and use this code to reserve a room, your reservation will be cancelled and you will need to rebook at a different property based on what is still available at the time of your cancellation.**Please do not contact the Peoria Convention & Visitors Bureau or the downtown Peoria Hotels (Pere Marquette, Downtown Courtyard, Four Points) to inquire about availability. These hotels will be filled by conference staff, volunteers and the students they chaperone. Anyone outside of those groups will not be permitted to reserve at these properties.
