The ILMEA Bridge Mentorship Program pairs early-career music educators (or anyone who's changed positions and could use support) with experienced mentors who want to share what they've learned. The program is built to fit busy schedules, with monthly webinars, a mentor/mentee breakfast at IMEC, and as much one-on-one time as your mentor partnership would like to schedule.
