ILMEA is proud to announce the launch of the new nomination portal at nominate.ilmea.org! Replacing the Registration, Nomination and Selection System (RNS), this new platform will give educators a user-friendly, streamlined and intuitive system to manage student nominations for and participation in ILMEA Student Programs, including District Festival Auditions and Nominations, Composition Contest and FMES.

Created by LLT Group of Naperville, the nomination portal will allow for easy management of a school’s entire ILMEA experience, from nomination to billing. For this first year only, educators will need to create a new account that is linked to your school, as data from the old RNS system was not transferred over. All schools have been pre-loaded into the system based on the ISBE list of schools in Illinois - homeschools and schools not found in the ISBE list will need to request that a new school be added. If you need additional support, we have created three tutorial videos to assist you with the new system.
