Elementary Chorus

There is no audition for Elementary Chorus; Educators should nominate students by the deadline through the ILMEA Nomination Platform.

Junior Chorus Auditions

Please visit the Chorus Division Audition Information Page for this year's statewide audition material and watch this space for the announcement of your district-specific audition selection.

Beginning in 2024-2025, each junior level chorus audition will include one statewide selection (chosen by the Chorus Division President) and one district selection (chosen by the District Junior Chorus Representative).

Senior Chorus Auditions

One prepared selection will be taken from the State Choral Selections. Audition material for the second prepared selection will be taken from one of the District Festival Choral Selections.
